Shareable instruction files for Cursor, Claude Code, Copilot, Windsurf, and more — installed alongside your existing agent rules.
Context loader for Gemini CLI and other non-Claude agents operating in this repo. This file is a thin bridge, not a separate rulebook. The canonical instruction file is `CLAUDE.md` - the full cross-agent reference (repo map, roles, slash commands, substrate, hooks, what-not-to-do) lives there. `AGENTS.md` is a peer bridge that carries the same cross-agent deltas for Codex-style agents. Read `CLAUDE.md` at session start.
This project is a plugin for the "Pot" translation application. It enables Pot to use a custom machine translation server (hence "mtranserver") for translations. The plugin communicates with a backend server that exposes a translation API.
WASI Virtual Layer (WVL) provides a virtualization layer for WebAssembly System Interface (WASI) modules. It allows wrapping existing WASI modules with a virtual file system (VFS), environment variables, and custom process/thread handling without significantly modifying the source code of the target modules.

This directory contains a multi-faceted research project centered around a novel mathematical framework called the **Quantum Arithmetic (QA) System**. The project explores the theoretical foundations of the QA system, its applications in signal processing and finance, and the use of machine learning to automate the discovery of related geometric theorems.
This is a **Next.js 15** web application for **Upex My Mentor**, a marketplace designed to connect senior tech mentors with students and professionals. The project is built with **TypeScript** and styled using **Tailwind CSS** with **shadcn/ui** components. The preferred runtime environment is **Bun**.
`dash-openlayers` bridges a declarative Python/Dash API with an imperative OpenLayers (Canvas/WebGL) runtime through React. Violating the invariants below produces code that looks correct but leaks memory, breaks the Python
Before making any changes, read ECOSYSTEM.md and AGENTS.md in the Sudar root directory. These files contain the authoritative architecture, naming conventions, and build decisions. Before adding features, check **docs/STRATEGIC_PATH.md** for current state and prioritized next steps. For the current "Next 3" outcomes, read **PROGRESS.md**.
During your interaction with the user, if you find anything reusable in this project (e.g. version of a library, model name), especially about a fix to a mistake you made or a correction you received, you should take note in the `Lessons` section in the `.cursorrules` file so you will not make the same mistake again.
Textbook PDF → ordered topics (chapters/sections/subsections) + per-topic explanation, Q&A, images, and TTS narration. **Monorepo layout:** `backend/` is a standalone FastAPI app (`python backend/main.py`). `frontend/` is a standalone Vite React app (`npm run dev` from `frontend/`). Do not mix Python and JS across folders. **`frontend/src/config/api.js` is the only place the backend base URL/port should be hardcoded** (default `http://127.0.0.1:8766`).
**The active project in this repo is `/wari/`.** Its rules, architecture, and co-architect protocol live in [`/wari/CLAUDE.md`](./wari/CLAUDE.md). Work on Wari begins with `cd wari/` and reads that document as ground truth.
