## What this repo is

- PinCloud / PinPacks is a marketplace for Google Maps pin collections.
- Stack: Next.js App Router + TypeScript + Tailwind + Supabase + Stripe Connect.

## “Where to look first”

- App routes/pages: `app/**/page.tsx`
- API routes: `app/api/**/route.ts`
- Core integrations/helpers: `lib/**`
  - Env validation: `lib/env.ts`
  - Supabase clients: `lib/supabase/*`
  - Stripe: `lib/stripe.ts`
- Security middleware: `middleware.ts` (common source of unexpected 403s)

## Required workflow (keep it consistent)

- Read `AGENTS.md` and `docs/ARCHITECTURE.md` before making structural changes.
- Prefer small, modular changes over “big refactors”.
- Add short, simple comments explaining *why* (clear sentences).
