## Supported Formats
- `gbt7714`: Chinese GB/T 7714-2015 (sequential [1])
- `ieee`: IEEE (sequential [1])
- `apa7`: APA 7th (author-year, alphabetical)

All commands accept `--json` for AI-friendly structured output.
