# Claude Code — RheoServ Waumpaum

You are implementing **RheoServ Waumpaum**: an offline-first credit-union core as a **single `index.html`**, forked from `projects/regina/offline-hris` (same stack: React, Vite single-file, cr-sqlite, AES-GCM dumps).

## Hard rules

- Fork patterns from `/home/ian/projects/regina/offline-hris` — do not reinvent crypto, db queue, merge, or build pipeline.
- **core-banking-shaped names** for domain tables (`Pers`, `Acct`, `Rtxn`, …). App/audit tables may stay HRIS-shaped (`app_user`, `change_event`, `session_log`).
- **core-banking-familiar UI** — screen titles (`Person Search`, `Account Inquiry`, `Real-Time Transaction Post`), spaced form labels (`Acct Nbr`, `Rtxn Typ Cd`), grid/SQL headers = exact column names. Person-first nav. See `core-banking notes`.
- **No plaintext** `.sqlite` / `.csv` exports. Magic header `OWAUMP1`. Extensions: `.waumpaumdump`, `.waumpaumchanges`, `.csv.enc`.
- CU core: CSP `connect-src 'none'`, memory-only DB, cr-sqlite CRR rules (see HRIS `sql/hris_schema.sql` comments).
- **POC / fictional data only** — Prairie Rivers CU demo, no real PANs or member PII.
- Waumpaum Exchange and stego tooling are **Phase 4+**; get teller core + `Rtxn` + merge working first.

## When stuck

Consult `the internal core-banking notes` — especially familiarity (`07`), posting flow (`03`), and screens (`05`). Do not claim parity with real enterprise core banking; this is a core-banking-**shaped** educational POC that should **feel familiar** to core-banking users.
