# Cursor — Bootloader Only

This file exists only to route you. The rules are NOT here.

**Read `rules/DIGEST.md` first** — it is the short auto-generated list of
non-negotiables every agent must follow.

Then read AGENTS.md — it is the canonical agent entry point. It sends you to
the actual constitution in rules/ (mandatory: rules/000-core.md,
rules/global.md, rules/040-git.md).

Do not start any task, write any work order, or touch git before reading them.
Do not duplicate rules into this file — rules/ is the single source of truth
(rule 045).
