Installation (Opencode).
Ensure the plugin file exists at plugin/speckit-chain/speckit-chain.js.
Register it in opencode.json under the plugin array: { "plugin": [ "./plugin/speckit-chain/speckit-chain.js" ] }
Restart Opencode so the plugin is loaded.
